We have worked with governments on responding to major transitions. We have worked with the Central and Eastern European and former Soviet Union markets on transition from communism to market economies including facilitating many WTO accessions; We have worked with Latin American economies after the Apertura transition from Import Substitution to Market Economies.  We have worked with these markets to develop comprehensive trade and economic policies to facilitate this transition including the best sequencing of reforms.  We have advised the UK on its transition as a result of Brexit, including the full range of independent trade policy promulgation and customs and regulatory reforms. We have worked with countries in transition develop regulatory framework agreements to promote reforms.
